Twelve Hundred Kilometres
Day one hundred and sixteen, Turkey. Twelve hundred kilometres along the Black Sea coast to Georgia. The car's electrics are in hand.
Today I say goodbye to Bulut, who I've become friends with here at the Poyrazlar campsite near Sakarya. Before I go, I take some quiet from the lake and put it in the tank.
The fear of the last months is behind me. I know that what is coming is good, whatever it turns out to be.
Goodbye, my friend. I hope we meet again.
