Privacy

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, embeds no analytics or advertising services, and does not track what you do. What data does occur is listed here in full, in the order it happens.

Who is responsible

Frank Dominik Lemke. Address and contact details are in the imprint.

When you open a page

The host's server automatically records the request in a log file: the address requested, date and time, amount of data transferred, whether the request succeeded, browser type and version, operating system, the page you came from, and your IP address.

This is technically necessary to deliver the site and keep it running safely. The legal basis is legitimate interest in a functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with any other source and is deleted after a short period.

Hosting is by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, under a data processing agreement.

All traffic is encrypted with TLS, which your browser shows as a padlock in the address bar.

When you write to me

Through the contact form or by email I receive your message and the address I can answer to. I use both only to reply, and I pass neither on. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

I keep such messages as long as the matter is live, then delete them. You can ask for deletion sooner at any time; one line is enough.

Videos and podcasts

Some pages have episodes from YouTube and Spotify embedded. They do not load on their own. What you see at first is a placeholder; only when you click it is the content fetched from the provider. At that point the provider learns your IP address and may set its own cookies.

Until that click, no request whatsoever goes to YouTube or Spotify. The legal basis for loading is your consent, given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). What happens afterwards is up to the providers: Google and Spotify.

Fonts

The typefaces are served from the same server as the site. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font service.

Your rights

You may ask at any time what data is held about you, and request correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent with effect for the future.

A message to the address in the imprint is enough.

You are also free to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

This site links to other websites in a few places. Their content and their handling of your data are solely the responsibility of whoever runs them.

As of September 2026. This describes what the site actually does; if that changes, so does this text. In case of doubt the German version is the binding one.
